In a stunning location at Watergate Bay, Fifteen Cornwall is a unique blend of exceptional food and an inspiring commitment to creating opportunities for young people in Cornwall who are in need of a second chance.    Fifteen Cornwall offers modern, Italian-influenced dishes, using ingredients from Cornwall’s finest artisan producers. The menu changes daily; only produce that is in season and at its very best is used.   The restaurant is open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.  The restaurant seats one hundred while an additional private dining area, ‘The Garage’, seats 10-12. 

Sample dish: Bre Pen Farm leg of lamb, Italian squash caponata and salmoriglio Whole roasted mackerel, Rob’s runner beans in a rich tomato ragu with salsa di aceto balsamico Pan fried red mullet with Italian peppers, red onions, taggiasche olives, capers and lemon
