amazing restaurant - fantastic welcome and service, food was out of this world catered for my food allergies without taking away the excellence in the food - the restaurant looks astounding - cant wait to go back and try their b+b out - we had a look at the rooms and they look gorgeous with everything you could need in a room

Having often sat at the traffic lights in Camelford gazing at Ravals and wondering what it was like, a recent birthday offered us the ideal opportunity to find out. We weren't disappointed. The welcome was warm and genuine; the staff unobtrusively attentive; the decor was simple, relaxed and the furnishings all very comfortable. Our room was warm and clean with a well lit bathroom en suite and plenty of lovely hot water. We booked a table in the restaurant for dinner and placed our order while enjoying a relaxing drink on the sofa in the bar. The restaurant was quite busy, surely a good sign, and our meal was excellent. Served piping hot and prepared from fresh and tasty ingredients, complemented by the varied quality wines on offer. A night cap in the relaxed ambience of that bar sofa and up the stairs to a restful night. Breakfast served at the time we chose the following morning was a pleasure to behold laid out on the simple sunny table in the bar.
Will we go again? We are already booked in April, but unfortunately not for the night we wanted - Ravals was already full ! Good for them!

The first thing that hits you as you enter the clearly newly renovated property is the warm reception you get. The staff and the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I'll definitely be returning when I am in the area next. Highly recommended.
