Been a few times now and it gets better each time. Had confit of pork to start, then monkfish in pancetta and hot chocolate fondant to finish - fantastic!
Nice buzz to the place too.

Wow what a fantastic dining experience
By far the best meal i have ever tasted, taste is what this place is all about whether it be the decor, the appearance of the staff, the banter exchanged by the fanatstic head chef or the food its all about taste this was michelin star dining and the sooner this place is recognised the better.
i had the crayfish which were locally sourced and absolutley wonderefull, the brill was devine and the basil creme brulee was so imaginative with a strawberry soup absolutlley devine
bring on the stars for this place
bravo
