Carbonara Ristorante Italiano review

I was pleasantly surprised when we lunched at Carbonara, on New Bridge Street, Truro, early in 2006. The atmosphere was good and the service was very pleasant.
Unfortunately, my first choice of main course was not to my taste. There was nothing wrong with it, but the dish was not what I had expected. The proprietor noticed that I wasn’t eating and asked if there was anything wrong. I explained the situation and she insisted that I should have another dish, at no extra cost.
My second choice of spaghetti carbonara was excellent and I enjoyed the dessert and coffee. The cost was reasonable too.
