having been to the bowgie on various occasions, to celebrate birthdays and engagements, together with friends and family,what a surprise to find that on mothers day this year, the management to greet us, with the kind welcome of "you are late" ? you should have been here at 12.o clock.Forget me but when we booked the table for a party of 13 we were asked if we would prefer a 12.30 or 2.00pm slot 12.30 was requested.
so on arrival it was made very clear that we were in the wrong with a verbal bashing from the management slateing us the customers for being late. well it became clear during the meal that they were unable to cope with providing a modicome of service on this of all days.felt sorry for the staff trying to cope but management unable to take or receive any construtive critisium which is a shame because they have lost our trade and that of friends and family and every one else i care to talk to
